Downtown Zoning District

The Municipal zoning district for the downtown core has no requirement for developers to add or create parking as part of their downtown development or construction projects.

Private Public Partnerships

ACDA can assist in achieving economically sound projects for proposed private development by lowering parking construction costs and/or creating a potential positive revenue source for the project.

WHAT IS ADP?

Anchorage Downtown Partnership, Ltd. is a 501 (c) 6 non-profit entity charged with management of the Downtown Improvement District (DID). ADP provides clean and safe services throughout the DID, provides marketing and event promotion throughout the DID, and serves as an advocate for the business and property owners within the DID on issues affecting downtown.

ADP MISSION

To increase cleanliness, occupancy rates, investment values and lease income, to decrease crime, and to generally stimulate economic development and improve the quality of life in downtown Anchorage.

ADP VISION

By 2020, the Downtown “neighborhood” is an all season experience and a model city encouraging commercial, professional and residential development.
