  • The 5th Avenue Mall is the largest shopping mall in Alaska occupying an entire city block.
  • The 5th Avenue Mall not only includes 114 utilized spaces but also the ONLY Nordstrom's in Alaska.
THE ARTS
  • The Alaska Center for The Performing Arts (ACPA) Theatres hosts a variety of entertainment from big Broadway shows to important lectures, from wedding and banquets to ballet and jazz, from comedians to classical music.
  • Each year ACPA hosts over 600 performances and events featuring over 4,000 amateur and professional performers, attended by over 250,000 patrons. The ACPA offers four different theatres:
    + Evangeline Atwood Concert Hall seating over 2,000
    + Discovery Theatre with a capacity of 700
    + Sydney Laurence Theatre with a capacity of 340
  • Lobbies encompassing 25,000 sq. ft. suited for a variety of events including weddings, receptions, craft fairs, and small concerts.
