Foster-A-Flower
Each summer Anchorage blooms into the “City of Flowers.” Our municipal greenhouse grows over 76,000 plants and close to 1400 hanging baskets. As an admirer of flowers, residents or businesses can help to maintain this program by “fostering” two hanging baskets. Read more →
