Dianne’s Restaurant is always a popular spot to warm up with one of their soups! Two choices daily from our collection of over 100 favorites. We prepare 30-50 gallons fresh each day, which means that we have prepared over 200,000 gallons of soup in our huge steam kettles since opening in this location in 1989. Add to that nearly 5 years at The Original Cauldron and Dianne has cooked and served close to 300,000 gallons of soup for the Anchorage downtown crowds!
