Fiddlehead Gallery

A new gallery has opened on G Street in the Art District. Fiddlehead Gallery is another great idea by owner Katie Sevigny who owns the Sevigny Studio around the corner on 4th.
Fiddlehead Gallery features local and national artists. Katie made sure all the art is U.S. made and shows many enviro friendly art styles. I was drawn to necklaces made out of scrabble tiles that have been recovered in fun designs. There is also a line of earth friendly cotton kid clothes and some wonderful candles. From jewelry to wall art this space has variety and quality.
There is also a line of truffles featured in the store. Since I never turn down a chocolate I had to try. Blood orange and almond were the available flavors so I took one of each and split them with my co-workers. We all agreed they were delicious and decadent. That is some good, rich chocolate!
Fiddlehead Gallery draws you in quietly in a warm, welcoming way and makes you want to linger so you don’t miss anything special.
Fiddlehead is a nice addition to the wonderful art found on G Street. Well worth a stop if you are looking to update your art collection or to find a gift for someone.
