The NECA/IBEW Fire and Ice New Year’s Eve in Town Square is always a fun event. From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. there is live music and fire jugglers and stilt walkers and vendors selling food.
From 5 to 5:45 p.m. there is an ice skating party for youth.
At 8 p.m. there is a spectacular display of fire works set off from one of the buildings surrounding Town Square.
This year we are celebrating the Year of the Volcano. There will be a giant volcano in Town Square shooting off steam and lava. You won’t want to miss this!
The group H3 will be performing and their will be Hawaiian dancers and fire jugglers. Wow!
The Performing Arts Center and the Egan Centers are both open for warming up so you can enjoy the event without freezing your toes.
The Town Square Ice Rink will open for the first time at this event also. Feel free to bring your skates and try out the new ice!
This event is family friendly and free. If you haven’t been before than this is the year to make the NECA/IBEW Fire and Ice New Year’s Eve Celebration a family tradition!
