Suzi’s Woollies

Suzi’s Woollies is a comfort spot for me. Like spending time in a relaxation room. There is something about the smells and the feel that is just soothing. I tend to wander around and around the store just looking & touching.
Suzi carries a variety of Celtic goods and wonderful sweaters from Ireland and Britain. She has almost a whole wall of Pashmina. The colors and styles of the Pashminas and the sweaters adding to the comfort and color of the shop. This is quality stuff as well as bringing wonderful European color to Anchorage. This is Anchorage folks. Who couldn’t use a quality sweater?!
I like the earrings and necklaces and have to go through all of those a few times too. There are European comfort foods and if you catch Suzi on a good day you may find her playing a Celtic tune or gathered with a group playing a set.
For St. Patrick’s Day Suzi will be having an Open House complete with corned beef and cabbage and hopefully a few musicians.
Don’t pass up the opportunity to see what is happening at Suzi’s. It is worth a stop!
