NECA/IBEW “Fire & Ice” New Year’s Eve Celebration

Get ready to bring your glow sticks, neon shades, and jean jackets Back to the Future, because this year’s NECA/IBEW Fire and Ice New Year’s Eve Celebration is an Ode to the 1980′s!

The NECA/IBEW Fire and Ice New Year’s Eve Celebration is a fun, family friendly and FREE event in Town Square held on December 31st from 5p.m. to 8p.m.

Enjoy Live Music, Fireworks and More…

And then the fun begins!

5:00pm | Children’s Ice Skating Party
Bring your skates, hats and gloves! Kiddos can get on the ice at 5:00pm and enjoy some fun, outdoor skating!

5:45pm | Figure Skating Performances
Following the Children’s Ice Skating Party, local figure skaters will be spinning, jumping and skating to some great 80′s hits! A show you don’t want to miss!

6:00pm | DJ Encyclopedia Brown, 80′s Dance Party & Costume Contest
DJ Encyclopedia Brown will be pumping out some of our favorite hits from the 80′s. Don’t forget to wear your totally rad 80′s garb – you could win a prize for the best decked out costume of the night!

7:00pm | 80 Degrees
The action will be followed by a live concert with “80′s Degrees” a 1980′s cover band featuring ALL of the classic hits and songs we love!!

8:00pm | Fireworks Extravaganza & Light Show Spectacular!
The fireworks will help bring in the New Year with a bang! This year’s new lightshow extravaganza will be a sight to see!

You don’t want to miss out on all of the fun and action. Don’t forget your Camera! You will also be able to get some great photo opps throughout the evening with everyone’s favorite components from the 1980′s. We even heard a rumor that Doc and his Delorean will be at the event!

The night will feature other performers, food vendors, and an 80′s cartoon themed children’s ice gallery.

The fun begins at 5:00p.m. in Town Square Park December 31st, New Years Eve and ends at 8 p.m. with the NECA/IBEW Fireworks Spectacular.
